🎸About the Brand:
Growing up Jimmy Clifton’s family used to sing hymns in the car and it's one of the best memories he has. Growing up with deep roots in both folk music and Christian hymns Jimmy combined the two as an independent artist. 

🪕Objectives
Me and Jimmy Clifton teamed up to create a brand strategy and craft his own custom visual brand identity. The main objective was to differentiate his brand from other Christian music artists in the area. To achieve this we focused on creating a logo that coincided with his music. Jimmy Clifton plays folk Christian music. 
 📻Brand Strategy

Step 1  - Target audience
We decided to focus on a folk music look, because of the music that Jimmy Clifton makes. We highlighted this by creating a simple, custom serif font. 

Step 2 - Visual identity
The second step of the strategy was to build a visual identity that would be relevant to the target audience and appeal to them. 

Brand keywords:
Folk • Elegant • Earthy • Christian 

To attract the right kind of listeners, we decided to completely differentiate ourselves from other Christian artists with earth-toned colors, a custom font, and an elegant touch. 

The imagery style is focused on a simple, outdoorsy look with natural neutral colors. This will help to make the brand more approachable to listeners. 

Jimmy Clifton's brand design reflects his music, a combination of folk music and deep-rooted Christian hymns.
